Well that was short and sweet! My daughter and hubby watch American Idol - while I am in the "other room" on my computer hearing the most GOD AWFUL sounds coming out of the television! But, like you... They LOVE IT! I'm flabbergasted! LOL!

Italian will certainly do! Spaghetti, canoli, ravioli... yum!

Hi Mike,
I've been out of the loop for awhile what with family stuff, getting a tooth pulled and being sick so I haven't checked blogs. It was good today to read and catch up.
I love the train/horses..I can see why Skittles wants to display them. Beautiful work. Sounds like you had a great day with the Grandkids & kids. I love that you and Barb just be ready to go when you want. I think that can be the most fun.
The pork roast dinner sounded great and I know what you mean about snow making winter brighter and somehow better.
I also agree with body parts aching when one isn't used to using them. I lugged my 18 pound grandson around for a few days and my body is still howling.(lol)
Just wanted to check in. You keep on truckin' and I hope you heal soon.
xxxJolie

I like Italian, too -- probably second to Mexican food. :)

Here I am - of Scottish and Swedish ancestry - and my favorite foods are either Italian or Asian. I have to say Asian now, as opposed to Chinese (which I love) because I also really like Korean and Thai! Anything that has some spice to it, basically! Bland is ok - survival stuff -but give me something with lots of spices and seasonings in it any day!

Hey Mike!

I just don't get the whole American Idol craze. I've watched it a few times (cringing for the poor people who suck so bad) but never gotten absorbed in it.

Hey, different strokes, right?

My feast is posted, so drop by!
