My menu over at my feasting table is quite similar, but still seasoned differently.

LOVE your dessert. Hmmmmmm, Wyoming for the salad?---I lived 40+ years in Colorado just less than 100 miles from the Wyoming border...spent many weekends in the lovely mountains near Laramie, Wyoming!!!
