Vinyl! Oh, how I loved the sound of good old platters. I still got the platters, but my turntable is broken. My first platter ever was "Footloose" by Kenny Loggins =)
Ford Grand Turinos, record players, you're quite the vintage buff. One of my kids used to make sqeeling noises in their sleep as a infant and we called him Stasky and Hutch. Sounded just like a car going around a corner.
There's something you don't see very often. We still have our record player, but it doesn't look that nice. We own tons of records, 45's and even a few 78's.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great Wednesday.

Hey.. that looks like a USB turntable!
Nearly a treasure of the past. Of my youth, anyways! LOL D :)
Wow - look - it's a picture of an antique! I used to have quite the collection of albums but now it's all CDs.
Haven't saw one of those in years, lol.
COOL! I think they still sound the best! I'm up at http://beckie-photoblog.blogspot.com
Good lord! That thing brings back MEMORIES!
Me. Dancing my fool head off and thinking I was something HOT. LOL
CD's are nice, but there is nothing like the sound of an old scratchy LP. Even my 22 year old son loves to put my old ones on when he is home.

That's cool. I wondered what it would look like. :)
Glad it finally came in and you're enjoying it.
Wow! You still have this? YLooks very new. All I have left are the records. I can't even remember where the player went.
Happy Wednesday!
I have a few 33s and several 78s. No 45s though.

Very Cool, I think my husband has some records, but no turntable. :D Happy WW!
Great pic. We have tons of vinyl that has been passed down through the years... nothing to play them on though.
Memories - It wasn't so long ago our ballerina saw a turntable and asked what it was. Oh I love em. Happy WW
that is the coolest thing ever!!
Not many people realised this was a new gadget! shame on them!
We finally gave up all our albums, at times I regret the decision. Nice looking turntable you have.
