Charlie is handsome! I had a parakeet when I was young... he had a nervous condition and plucked all of his feathers out, except for this tail and wings - he was quite the weird looking thing!
My mom has a bird named Charlie, too. Not sure what he is except that he talks. She calls him "Destructobot."
I think Skittles would love a kitty! (hint, hint!) :)
