A while back, I wrote a post about a beer company in Maine that was trying to sell a beer called Santa's Butt. The authorities in Maine wouldn't OK it because they feared it might appeal to kids. At the time I thought, how many kids go looking at beer anyway? lol. Well, the ACLU filed suit on behalf of the beer company and recently, the attorney general for Maine decided that the beer company would probably win on first amendment grounds. So, they gave the beer company the go ahead to sell it. They also gave in on 2 other labels for beers that had depictions of bare breasted women on them. One picture was a copy of a painting that hangs in the Louvre.
It's a little late for Christmas, but hey, at least folks in Maine can now get some Santa's Butt if they want lol. I just thought I'd keep you updated on this. Till next time BYE!!

What the heck kind of name is that for a beer? I'm out blog hopping. That is where you hop from one blog to the next until you reach 20. Check my blog in an hour for a plug to your blog and to see where my journey took me and to see how I got to your blog.
