Counters
I went and got a new counter for my blog. The only thing about it is that it's too big to fit into my sidebar. So if you want to see it, you'll have to scroll to the bottom of my blog. I think it's pretty neat. Till next time BYE!!
I looked at your counter and now, I am sorry I did that! Mine still is not working -apparently still an error someplace within! But, seriously, I really like your counter there, as it truly fits your blog's image!
Cool counter. Perfect fit for your site. I especially like how you weathered your train pieces. Good technique. I used to do what is called dry brush painting to get (an old look) with acrylic paints. It was lots of putsy work but the affect I got was well worth it. No fake look. Your trains look real good too. I paint a lot with pastels..and I love how the colors blend. Keep up the great work on your blog. I find it very interesting and it's a good creative outlet for when you need something new to do. Have a good one and Happy Turkey day to you and Barb too. XXX Jolie
jolie- I do the dry brush technique on my trains also. Usually on the trucks(wheelsets) I am just beginning to use some new paints I got for the cars. I'll practice with some older cars first though. I'm most comfortable with the pastel chalks at the moment though.
